Terms, Conditions, & User Agreement
You are granted a limited, non-sublicensable right to access the Chrystal Networks. A "Member" shall be entitled solely to those privileges explicitly set forth in this Agreement, in consideration for acceptance of this Agreement.
NO END USERS: Company information and references are required during the initial sign-up process to validate usage and ensure the confidentiality of our current member information. Chrystal Networks reserves the right to require at least two trade references before granting access. Chrystal Networks reserves the right to immediate termination of member accounts if they cannot be validated as a reseller, broker, EF&I company or supplier. Chrystal Networks verifies references to ensure the members that use our services are authorized to have access to any information contained within.
Ethical & Professional Conduct
Chrystal Networks is dedicated to retaining the highest standard of professional and ethical conduct and expects all members to do the same. By agreeing to this user agreement, the member acknowledges that they will perform all business with the utmost professionalism and ethical conduct. All agreements made between members of this site that initiated through this site must be followed through by both parties. Chrystal Networks reserves the right to immediately terminate members account access if they perform unethical business practices through the use of our services, or if other users submits verifiable violations of site usage to the site administrator. Chrystal Networks reserves the right to deny access or remove members for any reason deemed necessary to protect the interest of our user base without refund. All members shall abide by professional and ethical practices. Unethical usage of this system is reason for immediate termination and is not subject to notice in written or verbal form by Chrystal Networks. We ask that all business conducted retains a high standard of professionalism ethical practices.

Any unauthorized use of the Site will terminate the permission or access granted by this Agreement and may violate applicable law including copyright laws, trademark laws (including trade dress), and communications regulations and statutes.
Member understands and agrees that unique processes and information disclosed through Chrystal Networks Web site includes trade secrets and proprietary information belonging to Chrystal Networks. Members agree not to copy, imitate, or disclose to a third party, in whole or in part, any portion of the information, processes, and the software. For a period of two (2) years beyond the termination of Members' use of this Site, Member agrees not to use the proprietary property of Chrystal Networks on the Internet for any purpose outside of the scope of this User Agreement, including, without limitation, any activity in competition with Chrystal Networks. Member also agrees that all Usernames and Passwords supplied to the member are non-transferable and may only be used by parties registered under those Usernames and Passwords. The provisions of this section shall survive the termination of this Agreement.
If you use any part of the Site that requires a username or password, then you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of that username and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. In the event the confidentiality of your account or password are compromised in any manner, you should notify Chrystal Networks immediately. Chrystal Networks reserves the right to take any and all action, as it deems necessary or reasonable, to ensure the security of the Site and your account, including without limitation terminating your account, changing your password, or requesting additional information to authorize transactions on your account. Notwithstanding the above, Chrystal Networks may rely on the authority of anyone accessing your account or using your password and in no event and under no circumstances shall Chrystal Networks be held liable to you for any liabilities or damages resulting from or arising out of (i) any action or inaction of Chrystal Networks under this provision, (ii) any compromise of the confidentiality of your account or password and (iii) any unauthorized access to your account or use of your password. Any unauthorized use of the Site will terminate the permission or license granted herein and may violate applicable law including copyright laws, trademark laws (including trade dress), and communications regulations and statutes. All violators will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
This Agreement is not a transfer or a license of any of Chrystal Networks rights. By accessing Chrystal Networks web based service, Member agrees that Chrystal Networks has the right to deny any access to its Web site. Unauthorized access to Chrystal Networks Web site is expressly forbidden. Any reproduction or distribution of this Web site information, by, for, or to any third party, is expressly forbidden and cause for immediate termination.
Members may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any Chrystal Networks provided software, web page, process, or application except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law. All items, information, processes, applications, design, and database information provided within the Chrystal Networks site is considered proprietary and cannot be disclosed to third parties, published, or used in any way that violates our intellectual property rights, user agreement, or privacy policy without written consent of Chrystal Networks.
Trademarks and Service Marks
The trademarks and service marks displayed on the Site are registered and unregistered trademarks of Chrystal Networks and may not be copied, imitated or used, in whole or in part, without the prior written permission of Chrystal Networks or, if applicable, its licensor. In addition, Chrystal Networks custom graphics, button icons, scripts, and page headers are covered by trademark, trade dress, copyright or other proprietary right law, and may not be copied, imitated, or used, in whole or in part, without the prior written permission of Chrystal Networks. Chrystal Networks trademarks, service marks, and trade dress may not be used in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among customers or in any manner that disparages or discredits Chrystal Networks. "Chrystal Networks," the "Graphic Icon" design and all other Chrystal Networks marks and logos, and the Chrystal Networks products and services described on the Site, are either trademarks, service marks, or registered trademarks of Chrystal Networks and may not be copied, imitated or used, in whole or in part, without the prior written permission of Chrystal Networks. All other trademarks, service marks, registered trademarks, product and service names, and company names or logos that appear on the Sites are the property of their respective owners, who may or may not be affiliated with, connected to, or sponsored by Chrystal Networks. TERMS:
This User Agreement is effective upon receipt and acceptance of a Member Application Form by Chrystal Networks, Inc. (“Chrystal Networks”) and shall continue until either party terminates the Agreement. By submitting the User Application Form you agree to all terms and conditions written in this User Agreement. Member agrees that Chrystal Networks, in its sole discretion, shall have the right to suspend or terminate Member’s access to Chrystal Networks Web site at any time for any reason whatsoever.
Enforcement
Chrystal Networks reserves the right but does not assume the obligation to strictly enforce this Agreement, including without limitation by issuing warnings, suspension, or termination of service, and/or removal, screening, or editing of posted message, data, information, text or other material ("Content"), self help and active investigation, litigation and prosecution in any court or appropriate venue. Chrystal Networks may access, use, and disclose transaction information and Content to comply with the law (e.g., a lawful subpoena); enforce or apply our customer agreements; to initiate, render, bill, and collect for services; to protect our rights or property, or to protect users of those services and others from fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful use of, or subscription to, such services. INDIRECT OR ATTEMPTED VIOLATIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT OR ANY RELATED POLICY, AND ACTUAL OR ATTEMPTED VIOLATIONS BY A THIRD PARTY ON BEHALF OF A CHRYSTAL NETWORKS CUSTOMER, SHALL BE CONSIDERED VIOLATIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT BY SUCH CUSTOMER.
Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL CHRYSTAL NETWORKS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, SPECIAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR LOSS OF DATA, WHETHER IN AN ACTION IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO NEGLIGENCE), OR OTHERWISE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH (I) THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITES OR THE CONTENT, MATERIALS, INFORMATION OR TRANSACTIONS PROVIDED ON OR THROUGH THE SITES, OR (II) ANY CLAIM ATTRIBUTABLE TO ERRORS, OMISSIONS, OR OTHER INACCURACIES IN THE SITES OR THE CONTENT, MATERIALS, INFORMATION, PRODUCTS, OR SERVICES ON OR AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SITES, EVEN IF CHRYSTAL NETWORKS OR ITS AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVES HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF CHRYSTAL NETWORKS (WHETHER IN CONTRACT, WARRANTY, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE WHETHER ACTIVE, PASSIVE, OR IMPUTED), PRODUCT LIABILITY, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHER THEORY), ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE USE OF CHRYSTAL NETWORKS’ SITES, EXCEED $5.00 OR THE COMPENSATION YOU PAID CHRYSTAL NETWORKS, WHICHEVER IS LESS.
Certain state laws do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. If these laws apply, some or all of the above disclaimers, exclusions, or limitations, may not apply to you, and you may have additional rights to those contained herein. In such states, Chrystal Networks’ liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Chrystal Networks, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, suppliers, and any third-party information providers to the Sites from and against all losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of this Agreement by you, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
Severability
If any provision of this Agreement shall be deemed unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these terms and conditions and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
Enforcement of this Policy
We reserve the right, but do not assume the obligation, to strictly enforce this Policy by, without limitation, issuing warnings, suspending, or terminating Service, refusing to transmit, removing, screening, or editing Content prior to delivery or actively investigating violations and prosecuting them in any court or appropriate venue. We may access, use, and disclose transaction information about your use of our Service, and any Content transmitted by you via the Chrystal Networks Site or through the Service, to the extent permitted by law, in order to comply with the law (e.g., a lawful subpoena); to enforce or apply our subscriber agreements; to initiate, render, bill, and collect for our Services; to protect our rights or property, or to protect users of our Services from fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful use of, or subscription to, our Service. INDIRECT OR ATTEMPTED VIOLATIONS OF THIS POLICY OR ANY RELATED POLICY, GUIDELINE OR AGREEMENT, AND ACTUAL OR ATTEMPTED VIOLATIONS BY A THIRD PARTY ON YOUR BEHALF SHALL BE CONSIDERED VIOLATIONS OF THIS POLICY BY YOU.
Enforceability and Admissibility
This electronic document and any other electronic documents, policies, and guidelines incorporated herein will be: (a) deemed for all purposes to be a "writing" or "in writing," and to comply with all statutory, contractual, and other legal requirements for a writing; (b) legally enforceable as a signed writing as against the parties subject to the electronic documents; and (c) deemed an "original" when printed from electronic records established and maintained in the ordinary course of business. Electronic documents introduced as evidence in any judicial, arbitration, mediation, or administrative proceeding will, if established and maintained in the ordinary course of business, be admissible to the same extent as business records in written form that are similarly established and maintained.
Miscellaneous
Chrystal Networks’ failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Neither the course of conduct between the parties nor trade practice shall act to modify any provision of this Agreement. Chrystal Networks may assign its rights and duties under this Agreement to any party at any time without notice to you.
Chrystal Networks has created this User Agreement so you will understand when and under what circumstances we may suspend or terminate your use of your service and access to Chrystal Networks site containing information and data available via your computer and/or a device. By using our Service or accessing the Chrystal Networks Site, you consent to the acceptable use practices described in this Policy, as modified from time to time by us.
Content Prohibitions
Our goal is for all of our subscribers to have an enjoyable experience every time they access the Chrystal Networks Site or use our Service. Therefore, you may only use our Service for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not interfere with other subscribers or our systems. To assure this, we reserve the right, but are not obligated, to suspend or terminate your access to the Chrystal Networks Sites and/or your use of the Service at any time, if we determine in our sole discretion that your conduct or behavior on the Chrystal Networks Site or our Service involves or causes:
- Content Harmful or Offensive to Third-Parties: Do not upload, download, post, distribute, publish, or otherwise transmit (collectively, "Disclose") any message, data, information, image, text, or other material (collectively, "Content") that is unlawful, libelous, defamatory, slanderous, obscene, pornographic, indecent, lewd, harassing, threatening, harmful, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, inflammatory, or otherwise harmful or offensive to third parties;
- Unlawful Content: Do not Disclose any Content that would constitute or encourage a criminal offense, violate the rights of any party, or that would otherwise create liability or violate any local, state, national, or international law;
- Infringing Content: Do not Disclose any Content that may infringe any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other intellectual or proprietary right of any party. Infringement may result from the unauthorized copying and posting or distributing graphics, pictures, photographs, logos, software, articles, or videos. By posting any Content, you represent and warrant that you have the lawful right to distribute and reproduce such Content;
- Impersonation: Do not impersonate any person or entity or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity;
- Interference: Do not do anything to interfere with other users of Services;
- Deceptive Content or Spam: When using Chrystal Networks e-mail broadcasting processes or services, do not Disclose any deceptive Content—such as letters relating to pyramid schemes, or communications offering or disseminating fraudulent goods, services, schemes, or promotions—or any form of unsolicited e-mail or "spam" (electronic messages sent to multiple e-mail addresses or devices where the recipient has not consented to receive such messages.
- Unapproved Promotions or Advertising of Goods or Services: Without our prior written permission, do not Disclose on the Site any unsolicited promotions of goods or services, commercial solicitation or any advertising, promotional materials, or any other solicitation of other users for goods or services except in those areas that are designated for such purpose;
- Off-Topic Content: Do not Disclose any Content that is off-topic or send unsolicited mass e-mailings if such Content could reasonably be expected to provoke complaints from its recipients;
- Content Harmful to Other Systems: Do not Disclose harmful Content, including without limitation, viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, zombies, cancelbots, or any other computer programming routines that may damage, interfere with, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, program, data, or personal information.
- Network Usage
- Violations of system or network security are prohibited, and may result in criminal and civil liability. Chrystal Networks may investigate incidents involving such violations and may involve and will cooperate with law enforcement if a criminal violation is suspected. Examples of system or network security violations include, without limitation, the following:
- Hacking: Unauthorized access to or use of data, systems, or networks, including any attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of a system or network or to breach security or authentication measures without express authorization of the owner of the system or network.
- Interception: Unauthorized monitoring of data or traffic on any network or system without express authorization of the owner of the system or network.
- Intentional Interference: Interference with service to any user, host, or network including, without limitation, mail bombing, news bombing, other flooding techniques, deliberate attempts to overload a system, or broadcast attacks.
- Falsification of Origin: Forging any TCP-IP packet header, e-mail header, or any part of a message header. This prohibition does not include the use of aliases or anonymous remailers.
- Avoiding System Restrictions: Using manual or electronic means to avoid any use limitations placed on the Services.
Our Responsibility
We take no responsibility and assume no liability for any Content uploaded, transmitted, or downloaded by you or any third party, or for any mistakes, defamation, slander, libel, omissions, falsehoods, obscenity, pornography, or profanity you may encounter. As the provider of the Chrystal Networks Site and Service, we are only a forum and are not liable for any statements, representations, or Content provided by our users in any public forum. It is not our intent to discourage you from taking controversial positions or expressing vigorously what may be unpopular views; however, we reserve the right to take such action as we deem appropriate in cases where the Chrystal Networks Site or Service is used to disseminate statements which are offensive or harmful.
Your Responsibility

Arbitration
Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement or to any other agreement between Chrystal Networks and Member shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association. Any such controversy or claim shall be arbitrated on an individual basis and shall not be consolidated in any arbitration with any claim or controversy of any other party. The arbitration shall be conducted in Dallas, Texas, as necessary to protect the rights or property of Member or Chrystal Networks pending the completion of the arbitration.
General Provisions
The failure of a party to insist upon the performance of any provision of this Agreement or to exercise any right or privilege granted that party shall not be construed as waiving any such provision and the same shall continue in force. This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure solely to the benefit of each of the parties, and no other persons or entities shall be beneficiaries hereunder or have any rights to enforce any part of this Agreement. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be void, the remainder of this Agreement shall survive and remain in full force and shall not thereby be terminated. This agreement is entered into at Dallas, Texas and shall be governed by laws of the State of Texas governing agreements to be performed in Texas by Texas residents, excluding the choice-of-law rules of said State of Texas. All parties consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in Dallas Country, Texas. An electronically sent agreement shall be as valid as a written agreement. The parties agree that this Agreement shall be written in English only. Times and dates shall be determined in accordance with Central Daylight Time or Central Standard Time, whichever is in effect in Dallas, Texas, at the relevant time. Expressions of monetary amounts shall be understood to be in United States dollars, unless explicitly stated to be otherwise, this Agreement supersedes any oral representations by any person and does not incorporate by reference any such oral representations. Except as otherwise explicitly provided, notice shall be in writing or shall be electronically sent. Notice sent by e-mail shall be presumed to have been received within 24 hours after sending. Notice sent by the U.S. Postal Service to an address in the United States shall be presumed to have been received within seven calendar days after sending. Notice received at an incorrect e-mail or postal address shall be considered to have been received if the error in the address is the fault of the intended recipient.

By accessing Chrystal Networks web based service, Member agrees that Chrystal Networks has the right to deny any access to its Web site. Unauthorized access to Chrystal Networks Web site is expressly forbidden. Any reproduction or distribution of this Web site information, by, for, or to any third party, is expressly forbidden and cause for immediate termination.
Members may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any Chrystal Networks provided software, web page, process, or application except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law. TERMS:
This User Agreement is effective upon receipt and acceptance of a Member Application Form by Chrystal Networks, Inc. (“Chrystal Networks”) and shall continue until either party terminates the Agreement. By submitting the User Application Form you agree to all terms and conditions written in this User Agreement. Member agrees that Chrystal Networks, in its sole discretion, shall have the right to suspend or terminate Member’s access to Chrystal Networks Web site at any time for any reason whatsoever.
Enforcement
Chrystal Networks reserves the right but does not assume the obligation to strictly enforce this Agreement, including without limitation by issuing warnings, suspension, or termination of service, and/or removal, screening, or editing of posted message, data, information, text or other material ("Content"), self help and active investigation, litigation and prosecution in any court or appropriate venue. Chrystal Networks may access, use, and disclose transaction information and Content to comply with the law (e.g., a lawful subpoena); enforce or apply our customer agreements; to initiate, render, bill, and collect for services; to protect our rights or property, or to protect users of those services and others from fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful use of, or subscription to, such services. INDIRECT OR ATTEMPTED VIOLATIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT OR ANY RELATED POLICY, AND ACTUAL OR ATTEMPTED VIOLATIONS BY A THIRD PARTY ON BEHALF OF A CHRYSTAL NETWORKS CUSTOMER, SHALL BE CONSIDERED VIOLATIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT BY SUCH CUSTOMER.
Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL CHRYSTAL NETWORKS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, SPECIAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR LOSS OF DATA, WHETHER IN AN ACTION IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO NEGLIGENCE), OR OTHERWISE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH (I) THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITES OR THE CONTENT, MATERIALS, INFORMATION OR TRANSACTIONS PROVIDED ON OR THROUGH THE SITES, OR (II) ANY CLAIM ATTRIBUTABLE TO ERRORS, OMISSIONS, OR OTHER INACCURACIES IN THE SITES OR THE CONTENT, MATERIALS, INFORMATION, PRODUCTS, OR SERVICES ON OR AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SITES, EVEN IF CHRYSTAL NETWORKS OR ITS AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVES HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Certain state laws do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. If these laws apply, some or all of the above disclaimers, exclusions, or limitations, may not apply to you, and you may have additional rights to those contained herein. In such states, Chrystal Networks’ liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Chrystal Networks, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, suppliers, and any third-party information providers to the Sites from and against all losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of this Agreement by you, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
Severability
If any provision of this Agreement shall be deemed unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these terms and conditions and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

Enforceability and Admissibility
This electronic document and any other electronic documents, policies, and guidelines incorporated herein will be: (a) deemed for all purposes to be a "writing" or "in writing," and to comply with all statutory, contractual, and other legal requirements for a writing; (b) legally enforceable as a signed writing as against the parties subject to the electronic documents; and (c) deemed an "original" when printed from electronic records established and maintained in the ordinary course of business. Electronic documents introduced as evidence in any judicial, arbitration, mediation, or administrative proceeding will, if established and maintained in the ordinary course of business, be admissible to the same extent as business records in written form that are similarly established and maintained.
Miscellaneous
Chrystal Networks’ failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Neither the course of conduct between the parties nor trade practice shall act to modify any provision of this Agreement. Chrystal Networks may assign its rights and duties under this Agreement to any party at any time without notice to you.
Chrystal Networks has created this User Agreement so you will understand when and under what circumstances we may suspend or terminate your use of your service and access to Chrystal Networks site containing information and data available via your computer and/or a device. By using our Service or accessing the Chrystal Networks Site, you consent to the acceptable use practices described in this Policy, as modified from time to time by us.
Content Prohibitions
Our goal is for all of our subscribers to have an enjoyable experience every time they access the Chrystal Networks Site or use our Service. Therefore, you may only use our Service for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not interfere with other subscribers or our systems. To assure this, we reserve the right, but are not obligated, to suspend or terminate your access to the Chrystal Networks Sites and/or your use of the Service at any time, if we determine in our sole discretion that your conduct or behavior on the Chrystal Networks Site or our Service involves or causes:

- Unlawful Content: Do not Disclose any Content that would constitute or encourage a criminal offense, violate the rights of any party, or that would otherwise create liability or violate any local, state, national, or international law;
- Infringing Content: Do not Disclose any Content that may infringe any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other intellectual or proprietary right of any party. Infringement may result from the unauthorized copying and posting or distributing graphics, pictures, photographs, logos, software, articles, or videos. By posting any Content, you represent and warrant that you have the lawful right to distribute and reproduce such Content;
- Impersonation: Do not impersonate any person or entity or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity;
- Interference: Do not do anything to interfere with other users of Services;
- Deceptive Content or Spam: When using Chrystal Networks e-mail broadcasting processes or services, do not Disclose any deceptive Content—such as letters relating to pyramid schemes, or communications offering or disseminating fraudulent goods, services, schemes, or promotions—or any form of unsolicited e-mail or "spam" (electronic messages sent to multiple e-mail addresses or devices where the recipient has not consented to receive such messages.
- Unapproved Promotions or Advertising of Goods or Services: Without our prior written permission, do not Disclose on the Site any unsolicited promotions of goods or services, commercial solicitation or any advertising, promotional materials, or any other solicitation of other users for goods or services except in those areas that are designated for such purpose;
- Off-Topic Content: Do not Disclose any Content that is off-topic or send unsolicited mass e-mailings if such Content could reasonably be expected to provoke complaints from its recipients;
- Content Harmful to Other Systems: Do not Disclose harmful Content, including without limitation, viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, zombies, cancelbots, or any other computer programming routines that may damage, interfere with, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, program, data, or personal information.
- Network Usage
- Violations of system or network security are prohibited, and may result in criminal and civil liability. Chrystal Networks may investigate incidents involving such violations and may involve and will cooperate with law enforcement if a criminal violation is suspected. Examples of system or network security violations include, without limitation, the following:
- Hacking: Unauthorized access to or use of data, systems, or networks, including any attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of a system or network or to breach security or authentication measures without express authorization of the owner of the system or network.
- Interception: Unauthorized monitoring of data or traffic on any network or system without express authorization of the owner of the system or network.
- Intentional Interference: Interference with service to any user, host, or network including, without limitation, mail bombing, news bombing, other flooding techniques, deliberate attempts to overload a system, or broadcast attacks.
- Falsification of Origin: Forging any TCP-IP packet header, e-mail header, or any part of a message header. This prohibition does not include the use of aliases or anonymous remailers.
- Avoiding System Restrictions: Using manual or electronic means to avoid any use limitations placed on the Services.
Our Responsibility
We take no responsibility and assume no liability for any Content uploaded, transmitted, or downloaded by you or any third party, or for any mistakes, defamation, slander, libel, omissions, falsehoods, obscenity, pornography, or profanity you may encounter. Any such controversy or claim shall be arbitrated on an individual basis and shall not be consolidated in any arbitration with any claim or controversy of any other party. The arbitration shall be conducted in Dallas, Texas, as necessary to protect the rights or property of Member or Chrystal Networks pending the completion of the arbitration.
General Provisions
The failure of a party to insist upon the performance of any provision of this Agreement or to exercise any right or privilege granted that party shall not be construed as waiving any such provision and the same shall continue in force. This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure solely to the benefit of each of the parties, and no other persons or entities shall be beneficiaries hereunder or have any rights to enforce any part of this Agreement. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be void, the remainder of this Agreement shall survive and remain in full force and shall not thereby be terminated. This agreement is entered into at Dallas, Texas and shall be governed by laws of the State of Texas governing agreements to be performed in Texas by Texas residents, excluding the choice-of-law rules of said State of Texas. All parties consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in Dallas Country, Texas. An electronically sent agreement shall be as valid as a written agreement. The parties agree that this Agreement shall be written in English only. Times and dates shall be determined in accordance with Central Daylight Time or Central Standard Time, whichever is in effect in Dallas, Texas, at the relevant time. Expressions of monetary amounts shall be understood to be in United States dollars, unless explicitly stated to be otherwise, this Agreement supersedes any oral representations by any person and does not incorporate by reference any such oral representations. Except as otherwise explicitly provided, notice shall be in writing or shall be electronically sent. Notice sent by e-mail shall be presumed to have been received within 24 hours after sending. Notice sent by the U.S. Postal Service to an address in the United States shall be presumed to have been received within seven calendar days after sending. Notice received at an incorrect e-mail or postal address shall be considered to have been received if the error in the address is the fault of the intended recipient.

Chrystal Networks, Inc. obtained Woman Owned Business Certification from the North Central Texas Regional Certification Agency. This certification is a very extensive investigation including professional & business licenses, owner eligibility, financial structuring, legal structure, and personnel records.
Chrystal Networks was able to weather the telecom downturn by migrating services to de-installation of secondary market equipment. Today, Chrystal Networks is a subscription based trading exchange service for dealers, resellers, repair facilities, EF&I companies, and brokers of secondary telecom, central office, and networking equipment.
Chrystal Networks’ owner and employees are not affiliated or associated with any third parties. Chrystal Networks does not have any subsidiaries or joint ventures. Chrystal Networks continues to be a private corporation that is 100% woman owned and operated.

As part of our subscription and/or registration agreement, subscribers will be contacted by us through e-mail, and/or phone to communicate with them about their subscription and/or registration. Subscribers will be contacted for renewal, re-qualification, surveys, website updates, information concerning their account profile and special offers related to their subscription and/or registration.
We use information to facilitate the services we offer members. Chrystal Networks does not share member proprietary, personal, non-personal, or aggregate statistics about our members, demographics, traffic patterns, or related website and product information with any third party.
All internal site usage, data, information, or statistics are for the use of our site members only and will not be disclosed to any outside parties or sources. Any information retained within our service is for the benefit of our members and to enhance the operations of our service to our members.
E-mail Communications
This site relies heavily on the usage of email broadcasts and specific email targeted marketing by other members within our service. Subscribers that have registered for our services have supplied an email address and will receive emails pertaining to your subscription and chosen user preferences. Members are allowed to “opt out” or filter the marketing emails posted (WTB, WTS, Lot Liquidations, or Service Request) from any members within Chrystal Networks by using the User Settings page. Chrystal Networks will send website update information, subscription information, or site usage information from time to time. These are sent to maintain your account.
Accessing Company Information
We provide members with access to their own unique identifier information, transaction information, and contact information that we maintain about them and subscriptions as well as the permission levels provided to us. All members have access to update or modify the information provided within our service at any time.
Correcting/Updating Company Information
The “Company Global Settings” page allows each member to update, change, delete, or modify their own personal or company information. If for any reason you need assistance in updating your information, please contact us at 972.461.2915. Each member has the ability to change preferences through the site at anytime.
Cookies
We offer certain features that are only available through the use of a “cookie”. Cookies allow you to enter your password less frequently during a session. Most cookies are “session cookies”, meaning that they are automatically deleted from your hard drive at the end of a session. Outside Parties
Chrystal Networks is serious about protecting your information and usage of our services. None of the information contained or collected will be provided to any third party. This service is a mutual agreement between our members and the information within the site is for members only.
Chrystal Networks does not and will not allow end users in the site. Only dealers, brokers, resellers, repair facilities, and EF&I companies are allowed to access our system. Information contained within our service will only be accessible to members and Chrystal Networks will not make this information available to outside parties.
Registration Information & Required References
To protect the information of our members within the site two references are required when companies sign up for service. These references are notified to verify the potential members’ business as being a reseller, broker, supplier, dealer, repair facility, or EF&I company. We also confirm with various members within our site as another precautionary measure. This information will not be disclosed or used for any other reason but for the purpose intended. We reserve the right to allow only verified companies on the site. The information provided during registration will not be provided to third parties or used for any other purpose than to confirm the type of company signing up.
Security
Your information is stored on Chrystal Networks, Inc.’s servers located in the United States. We use procedural and technical safeguards to protect your personal information. We treat data as an asset that must be protected against unauthorized access. We employ many different security techniques to protect your data.
Chrystal Networks takes every precaution possible to protect your information from unauthorized use. When you submit sensitive information through the site, the information is protected both online and offline.
When subscription payments are made through the site, it goes directly to Pay Pal which is secured and completely independent from our service. Credit card payment security is covered under Pay Pal's security rules and policies. Chrystal Networks does not have access to any members’ financial information and will never ask for any financial or credit card information.
Policy Updates
In the event that we may amend this Privacy Policy, you will be notified 30 days prior. Any amendment to this Privacy Policy will also be posted on the site 30 days in advance.
